ABOUT
Born in 1971, Chong Kah Wah graduated with a Diploma in Graphic Design from the Malaysia Institute of Art in 1994. Since then, Chong has participated actively in various art shows in the international art scene.
In Italy, Chong was invited to exhibit consecutively in the "Florence Biennale" for years 2005, 2007, and 2009. Chong also exhibited in Canada (2005 & 2006), Spain (2005), Poland (2005), Portugal (2005), and Argentina (2005). He was awarded the "Bel Art Award 2005" in Portugal and Kara Art Silver Award in Geneva, Switzerland (2005).
In the United States, Chong participated in the National Watercolor Society Members Exhibition (2015).
In 2022, his painting Resting was accepted into the 22nd International Watercolor Exhibition in Niigata, Japan, organized by the Japan International Watercolor Institute (JIWI).

He shines most brightly in London's art arena - one of the most influential art world cities. He showcased his works in the 207th, 208th, 210th and 212th Water Colours Exhibition by The Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours (2019, 2020, 2022 and 2024).

In 2025, his painting "Katmandu Evening" received an Honorable Mention award in Splash 26: The Best of Watercolor art competition.
